"I saw a group of men tearing a building down
A group of men in my hometown
With a heave and ho and mighty yell
They swung a beam and the sidewalls fell
I said to the foreman “Are these men skilled?”
The type you’d hire if you wanted to build
He laughed and said “why no indeed”
He said; “common labor is all I need,
For I can tear down in a day or two
What it takes a builder 10 years to do"
I thought to myself as I walked away
In my life which of these two roles will I play?"
- Lou Holtz

Read this and understand that it takes people with vision, with big dreams and goals and a long process to build something special.

The critics will be there nipping at your heels telling you that you can't do it.
Crab fishermen know that they need at least two crabs in their shallow pail to not have to monitor an escaping crab.
If there is more than one crab in the bucket, another will pull back any crabs trying to escape.
Our friends and family are like this too.

It takes people willing to delay gratification and work hard.

Olympic Pole Vault Champion Bob Richards said;
"God must have loved ordinary people because he made so many of us.
There are educated drunks and people with many gifts that have given up on life, but it is the ordinary person with an average mind who builds with persistence and courage.
In everyday life and in everyday situations, it is ordinary people who do extraordinary things."
Will you raise your hand and volunteer to do extraordinary things?
