I believe that you can do anything you set your heart toward doing.

Fear is an acronym of False Evidence Appearing Real.

Fear paralyses those who buy into the belief that failure is bad.

Schools teach and reinforce to us that failure is bad giving us grades that tell us if we measure up (according to their boxed in set of standards).

What about the kids who live on the edges of the box?

I heard a story of a 3rd grade girl who was drawing intently during a class.

The teacher walked up and asked her what she was drawing and she replied that she was drawing a picture of "God".

The teacher replied that "No one knows what God looks like." and the little girl replied, "They will in a minute!"

She had no limits and we need to live like this.

We learn to walk or ride a bike by failing and falling.

As a child, constantly encouraged by our parents and not being taught by so-called teachers to fear failure, we get back up and try again until we get it right.

Please consider that it is OK to fail and that to succeed in life, you need to fail, get back up and try again and again.

Edison failed over 10,000 times in inventing the light bulb and considered the failures as ways to “not make a light bulb".

Fear of failure stops us before we start and causes us to miss the many opportunities to contribute the many God given gifts we were placed on earth to give to our human condition.

You have the gift of a talent.

Explore your gifts to discover who you are and what you could offer.

It may be a hug to a person in need.....   Mother Theresa made a big impact on our world by offering her love and hugs.

It may be words of encouragement.....     Zig Zieglar made a nice living by encouraging many people to do their best.

It may be a simple thing or a mistake like sticky notes which was a mistake in a weak form of glue that 3M turned into a wonderful tool called Sticky Notes.

There is a gift inside of you and the world needs for you to persevere and discover it.

I believe that you can do great things and the world needs you and is looking forward to learning who you are and what you have to offer.
